Karnataka Bank announces retirement of director

With effect from 05 January 2015

Karnataka Bank announced that pursuant to Section 10A(2A)(i) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, T S Vishwanath has retired from the office as Independent Director of the Bank w.e.f. 05 January 2015 upon completion of term of eight years.
