Kartik Investments Trust announces change in directorate

With effect from 05 October 2015

Kartik Investments Trust announced that Kaushik Banerjee, director, has stepped down from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 05 October 2015.

Further the Company has infromed that R Chandrasekar, director has been appointed by the Board of Directors as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
