Kartik Investments Trust announced that Kaushik Banerjee, director, has stepped down from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 05 October 2015.Further the Company has infromed that R Chandrasekar, director has been appointed by the Board of Directors as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
