Kennametal India fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 23 June 2015; Dividend payment date is 25 June 2015

Kennametal India has fixed 23 June 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend.

The Company has further informed that payment of Dividend to eligible shareholders will be made on or after 25 June 2015.
