Kerala Ayurveda announces change in compliance officer

Kerala Ayurveda announced that due to resignation of Itti Bhargava, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, Arvind Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer has been appointed as compliance officer of the Company as per regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
