Kernex Microsystems (India) appoints company secretary

With effect from 25 November 2015

Kernex Microsystems (India) announced that pursuant to the Board Meeting held on 14 November 2015, it was decided & resolved to appoint S. Srinivasa Kiran, as Company Secretary-cum-Compliance Officer, U/s 203 of the Companies Act 2013. However, Kiran shall join duties on 25 November 2015.
