Kirloskar Ferrous Industries fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 18 March 2016

Kirloskar Industries announced that Kirloskar Ferrous Industries (KFIL), a listed material subsidiary of the Company has fixed the Record Date as 18 March 2016 for the purpose of ascertaining the names of members entitled to the interim dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors of KFIL, in its meeting to be held on 10 March 2016.
