Kirloskar Oil Engines' subsidiary Kirloskar Capital gets registered as NBFC

Kirloskar Oil Engines announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kirloskar Capital, has received Certificate of Registration (CoR) dated 29 October 2018 under Section 45 (IA) of Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 to carry on the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution (without accepting public deposits) from Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on 30 October 2018.
