KMS Medisurgi will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 02 May 2018, to consider & approve appointment of Mr. Siddharth Kanakia as an Additional Director of the Company, to consider & approve resignation of Ms. Kirty Agarwal from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Mr. Niraj Shah from the post of Director of the Company, and to consider & approve appointment of new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
