KSB Pumps announced that the designation of Director of the Company, Nimesh Kampani, as Non Executive Director - Independent has been changed to Non Executive Director - Non Independent with effect from 01 October 2014 pursuant to the provisions of Clause 49 (II)(B)(2) of the Listing Agreement with respect to limitation on maximum number of Directorship in Listed companies
