Lancor Holdings announces change in directorate

With effect from 01 October 2014

Lancor Holdings announced that R.V.Shekar, Managing Director of the Company proposes to retire from the full time employment of the Company w.e.f. 01 October 2014 and his retirement has been accepted by the Board. The Board has requested him to continue his association with the Company as Non Executive Chairman, for which he has accepted.

Mallika Ravi, the present Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company will discharge all responsibilities of the management subject to the superintendence of the Board.
