Larsen & Toubro allots 11,900 equity shares

On conversion of FCCBs

Larsen & Toubro has allotted 11,900 equity shares of Rs 2 each up on conversion of 250 0.675% convertible bonds due 2019 of USD 1000 each at a conversion price of Rs 1277.67 per equity share.

Post the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company is Rs. 280,65,31,164 divided into 140,32,65,582 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
