Lumax Auto Technologies announces change in directorate

with effect from 28 May 2018

Lumax Auto Technologies has appointed D. K. Jain as Executive Chairman of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 28 May 2018 subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Anmol Jain has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 28 May 2018 subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Resignation by Sandeep Dinodia, Independent Director of the Company was taken on record.
