Madhuban Constructions announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 30 October 2014

Madhuban Constructions announced that the Company Secretary of the Company, Dhairya Arora has resigned from the post of Company secretary w.e.f. 30 October 2014, hence she is no longer associated with the affairs of the Company w.e.f. 30 October 2014. The Board in its meeting held on 30 October 2014 accepts her Resignation from the post of Company Secretary.
