Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India announced that the company's Material Unlisted Subsidiary, Holiday Club Resorts 0y, Finland (HCR), which operates resorts / SPA hotels in Finland, Spain and Sweden has suspended operations in its resorts / SPA hotels in Finland and Spain till further notice, because of the current Covid-19 situation.
In view of the above, the business of HCR will be impacted, and the impact cannot be ascertained at this point of time.
