Mahindra & Mahindra to acquire Mahindra Two Wheelers Europe

For cash consideration of Euro 26.3 million

Mahindra & Mahindra announced that it would acquire 1,49,00,000 equity shares aggregating 100% of the share capital of Mahindra Two Wheelers Europe Holding S.ar.I from Mahindra Two Wheelers, a subsidiary of the Company for a cash consideration of Euro 26.3 million.

Incorporated in December 2014, Mahindra Two Wheelers Europe is an SPV to hold the investment in Peugeot Motocycles S.A.S.
