Maithan Alloys fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 16 July 2015

Maithan Alloys announced that 16 July 2015 has been fixed as the "Record Date" for reckoning the shareholders entitled to receive the Bonus Shares of the Company, in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. one new Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every one existing Equity Share of Rs 10/- each held in the Company.
