Majesco allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Majesco announced that at a meeting of Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee on 28 March 2016, 30411 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) were allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 23,052,401 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 115,262,005/-.
