Majesco allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Majesco has allotted 36007 equity shares of Rs 5 each under the company's ESOS on 23 June 2016. Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 23,180,963 equity shares amounting in aggregate to Rs 115,904,815.
