Majesco announced that its overseas step down subsidiary namely Cover-All Systems Inc., USA is getting merged with another overseas step down subsidiary namely Majesco Software and Solutions Inc., USA with effect from January 1, 2019, surviving entity being Majesco Software and Solutions Inc. Both these entities are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company's subsidiary i.e. Majesco, USA.
