Manaksia gets High Court approval for scheme of demerger

Manaksia announced that the Company has received the certified copy of Order of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta on 19 November 2014 approving the Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 for demerger of undertakings of the Company into the Transferee Companies.
