Mastek to hold board meeting

Mastek will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 January 2015, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company, on Standalone as well as Consolidated basis, for the Quarter & Nine months period ended 31 December 2014, to consider the proposal for payment of Interim dividend for the financial year ending 31 March 2015.
