Mavi Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 November 2014, to consider and take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended 30 September 2014, to consider appointment of Lunkaran Kyal, Vandana Kayal and Sushil Agarwal as an additional director of Company, and to consider resignation of Krishnakumar Agarwal and Amita Agarwal from the directorship of Company.
