Rwenzori Tea investments (holding Company of McLeod Russel Uganda) amalgamates with McLeod Russel Uganda

Mcleod Russel India announced that the Company have received an intimation from its step-down subsidiary McLeod Russel Uganda on 11 July 2016 stating that they have received a Temporary Certificate of Amalgamation of Rwenzori Tea investments (the holding Company of McLeod Russel Uganda) with McLeod Russel Uganda.
