Merger of Era Buildsys with Era E-Zone (India)

With effect from 26 September 2013

Era Financial Services India has filed the certified Copy of Order dated 31 July 2013 of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, approving the composite scheme of arrangement and merger of Era Buildsys with Era E-Zone (India) with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana with effect from 26 September 2013.
