MFL India to hold board meeting

MFL India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 May 2016, to take into consideration and approve the Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter / year ended on 31 March 2016 pursuant to Regulation 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with limited review report issued by Auditors of the Company.
