Mishka Finance and Trading has received the resignation letter from Amit Kumar Vasishtha & Rameshwar Manohar Wagh from the post of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 03 March 2015 which is taken on record by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 03 March 2015 and the Board of Directors have appointed Shravan Kumar & Rakesh kumar singhoya as Additional Directors of the Company w.e.f. 03 March 2015.
