MOIL fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 27 February 2015; Dividend payment date is 10 March 2015

MOIL has fixed 27 February 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2014-15, if declared.

The said interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid/dispatched to the eligible shareholders on 10 March 2015.
