Mold-Tek Packaging updates on QIP issue

Appoints lead managers and legal advisors

Mold-Tek Packaging announced that Qualified Institutions Placement Committee at its meeting held on 31 December 2014, inter alia, considered the following;

1. Noted and ratified the appointment of Emkay Global Financial Services and Centrum Capital as Book running lead managers to Qualified Institutions Placement ('QIP').

2. Approved the appointment of M/s. Crawford Bayley & Co. as the Legal advisors to the QIP.
