Morganite Crucible (India) gets NCLT approval for scheme of amalgamation

Morganite Crucible (India) announced that the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai bench has approved Scheme of Amalgamation of Diamond Crucible Company (DCCL) with Morganite Crucible (India) (MCIL or the Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors. The copy of the order is awaited. The Scheme will come into effect upon filing of certified true copy of order with Registrar of Companies at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
