Moschip Semiconductor Technology gets High Court approval for reduction of share capital

Through order dated 03 December 2014

Moschip Semiconductor Technology announced that the Hon'ble High Court at Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh has by its order on 03 December 2014 (received on 09 January 2015) confirmed /approved the special resolution for reduction of the share capital and the Company had filed notice of order of the Court confirming the special resolution for reduction of the share capital with ROC inform INC-28.
