With effect from 14 October 2019
The Board of Motilal Oswal Financial Services at its meeting held on 31 July 2019 has appointed Raamdeo Agarawal as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company w.e.f. 14 October 2019. Agarawal will cease to be the Joint-Managing Director of the Company due to expiry of his term of appointment w.e.f. closure of business hours of 13 October 2019 and he continues as Non-Executive Director of the Company.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
