MPS fixes record date for 3rd interim dividend

Record date is 08 February 2016; Dividend payment date is 08 February 2016

MPS has fixed 08 February 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of 3rd Interim Dividend.

The said Interim Dividend shall be paid to the shareholders of the Company, as on the Record Date of 08 February 2016, within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration.
