Navin Fluorine International transfers Specialty Fluorochemicals facility in Dahej

To Convergence Chemicals (a JV between Navin Fluorine International & Piramal Enterprises)

Navin Fluorine International announced that with effect from 01 December 2017, the business relating to the manufacture and sale of Specialty Fluorochemicals being conducted at Dahej is being transferred to Convergence Chemicals (a joint venture between the Company and Piramal Enterprises) as a going concern together with all the identified assets, liabilities, consents, permission etc on a slump sale basis at net book value of that business undertaking.
