New Delhi Television completes divestment of stake held in subsidiary
New Delhi Television has completed the sale of entire equity stake held by the company and NDTV Convergence, a subsidiary of the company, in Special Occasions, another subsidiary of the Company, to Wedding Junction. Consequently, Special Occasions has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. 14 November 2018.
