NIIT appoints additional director

With effect from 01 April 2014

NIIT has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Geeta Mathur as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 01 April 2014.

Further, Geeta Mathur will be considered as Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company.
