Novartis India fixes record date for buyback of shares

Record date is 22 July 2016

Novartis India announced that the Buyback Committee Meeting held on 12 July 2016 fixed 22 July 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement and the names of the Shareholders, who are eligible to participate in the Buyback Offer.
