Nucleus Software granted injunction against FinOne Technologies

In trademark infringement case

Nucleus Software announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, in an ad-interim order on 19 January 2016 granted an ex-parte injunction in favour of the Nucleus Software Exports against M/s FinOne Technologies, a Bangalore based financial services solutions Company. The order restrains the latter from promoting or selling any software products and services under the trademark 'FinOne' or 'fin1' or any other trade mark which is identical or deceptively similar to Nucleus' brand 'FinnOne'.
