Onelife Capital approves resignation of directors
The directors of Onelife Capital Advisors in the board meeting held on 16 December 2013 have approved the resignation of A P Shukla and A K Tangri as independent directors of the company with effect from 02 December 2013 and 13 December 2013 respectively.
