IRP calls for Expression of Interest under IBC

Orchid Pharma is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process pursuant to the order of NCLT, Chennai Bench dated 17 August 2017. In terms of the IBC, the Resolution Professional has called for Expression of Interest (EoI) for the purpose of submission of resolution plan in accordance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
