Orient Paper & Industries gets NCLT approval for scheme of demerger

Orient Paper & Industries announced that the Kolkata Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has on 08 November 2017 approved the Scheme of Demerger of the Consumer Electric Business of the Orient Paper & Industries ('OPIL') into OPIL's wholly owned subsidiary, Orient Electric ('OEL'). This Scheme was approved by the Shareholders of the OPIL at the Tribunal Convened Meeting held on 29 June 2017.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
