Oriental Bank of Commerce surged 6.41% to Rs 93.8 at 11:53 IST. The stock was the biggest gainer in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 2.6 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2.73 lakh shares in the past one month.
Andhra Bank spiked 6.14% to Rs 39.75. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 3.12 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 4.06 lakh shares in the past one month.
Union Bank of India soared 5.29% to Rs 95.55. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 5.59 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 5.78 lakh shares in the past one month.
Bank of India added 5.24% to Rs 103.5. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 5.64 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 7.2 lakh shares in the past one month.
Den Networks Ltd spurt 5.04% to Rs 106.35. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 1.22 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.5 lakh shares in the past one month.
