Orosil Smiths India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 December 2015, to take on record the completion of Takeover Open Offer of the Company, to consider and take on record the necessary steps required for the reduction of promoter's holding upto the level of 75% of the total paid up capital of the Company.
