Outcome of board meeting of ABG Shipyard

ABG Shipyard announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 February 2015, inter alia, have approved the following:

1. Resignation of Ashok Chitnis from the Directorship of the Company with immediate effect due to indifferent health problems.

2. Resignation of Sunil Agarwal from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 13 February 2015.

3. Appointment of Nimesh S. Shah as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
