Outcome of board meeting of Axis IT&T

Axis IT&T announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 September 2014, has approved the appointment of Kaushik Sarkar, Director (Additional), in the capacity of Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company and Amit Gupta, as Director (Additional & Non-executive) with effect from 12 September 2014.
