Beryl Securities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 February 2015, has considered and approved the following:

1. Delisting of securities from M.P. Stock Exchange.

2. Established Risk Management Committee as per the Listing Agreement consist of the following members:
a. Sanjay Sethi
b. Kamlesh Gupta
c. Alok Maheshwari
