Outcome of board meeting of Bhilwara Technical Textiles

Bhilwara Technical Textiles has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 April 2014 approved the appointment of Nikhil Chauhan as Company Secretary with effect from 31 March 2014, and, he will also act as Compliance Officer in terms of Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement.
