Celestial Biolabs announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 October 2015, have decided, subject to approval from shareholders, stock exchanges or any statutory body as may be required in this regard, to Issue 21,00,000 convertible warrants on preferential basis to promoters & non - promoter group.
