Outcome of board meeting of D-Link India

Held on 18 December 2014

D-Link India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 December 2014, has approved the change in designation of non-executive Director Vinai Kolli, to whole-time Director subject to approval of the shareholders. At present no remuneration proposed to be paid to Vinai Kolli since he is drawing remuneration from the subsidiary Company.
