Healthfore Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2015, inter alia, has considered & approved the following:- Appointment of Daljit Singh as an Additional Director (in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director) on the Board of the Company with effect from 30 July 2015.
Further, the Board also discussed various options for restructuring the Balance Sheet of the Company in consultation with external consultants. The Company will make appropriate announcements as and when the restructuring options, if any, are considered and approved by the Board.
