1.the Resignation of Radhika Tibrewala, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 30 November, 2018.

2.the Appointment of Nitin Kore, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 07 December, 2018.

3.the Appointment of Raman Sharma, Chief Executive Officer of the Company w.e.f 07 December, 2018.

4.the Revision in remuneration of Priti Sharma, Chief Financial Officer w.e.f 01 December,2018.
